What we think and what we say is imprinted into our subconscious mind, it takes every single thing in.

If you want to achieve, succeed or just be healthy, it all starts with thinking and the mind!
Like a garden, when we lay seeds down to grow. It’s the same with us. Plant seeds of positive thoughts in your mind and you will get just that!

visualize yourself achieving, or doing the things you’re too scared to do and eventually your subconscious mind will bring it to pass.

Be careful about what you think, our mind is far stronger than we give it credit for.

Intake of dietary fats over the last decade or more has decreased, yet obesity is on the rise. How ironic, don’t you think?

Make sure you eat your fats!
Nuts
Animal Meats
Fish
Avacados
Oils (Butter, Ghee, Coconut, Olive etc)

Just remember, when they take fat out of a product they have to replace it with something sweet and that something sweet is sugar or High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)

Why is Coca cola so addictive?

First, it has caffeine in it which makes you go to the toilet (leads to dehydration).
Next they add sodium, or salt which then makes us thirsty.
So now we are going to the toilet more and our thirst is increasing. So lastly they then add a truck load of sugar to cover up the sodium…and we all now how addictive sugar is!

So there you have it, one of the most addictive drinks on earth and how they makers make you consume more.
